Cuba
We took a well earned break to Cuba this year. It was a last minute choice as we had planned to visit Egypt, but after looking at the prices it was about the same price to travel to Cuba.
Cuba is an amazing place, we stayed at the Melia Cayo Coco and we were very impressed, so impressed that we have booked our holiday to Cuba next year.
The beaches are clean, white sands and the typical turquoise seas. The weather was great, the odd cloud offered some respite from the sun, which was full on from dawn till dusk
There were so many activities and the overnight trip to Havana is a must.
The architecture of Havana is beautiful, old colonial buildings the majority of which are in desperate need of repair, but none the less they still retain their beauty.
